Delivery Methods:
We offer free tracked delivery to all our customers. Our primary courier service is Evri. Next Day Delivery Service.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 1 working day.
Delivery Days and Times:
- Our delivery services are available from Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on same day.
- Orders received after 12 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Please note that we do not send out orders on bank holidays. In such cases, all products will be dispatched on the next working day.
Weekends, Holidays, and High Volume Periods:
- We do not operate or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- During high volume periods or if any delays are expected, we will communicate with you through email at info@reviewscard.com to keep you informed.
Customer Responsibility:
We provide tracked delivery for your peace of mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the delivery.
Any misplaced deliveries or errors in shipping details made during the order placement process are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is sent due to such errors, we are not liable for the consequences, and the customer will need to place a new order.
