Return Window:

Customers have a 7-day window from the date of the order to initiate a return.

Item Condition:

To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused and in the same condition as when received, including all original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering all shipping expenses associated with returning the product. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a replacement card and shipping. Please not we DO NOT offer refunds.

Sale Items:

Even our sale items can be returned if they do not meet your expectations. The same return conditions apply to these items.

Lifetime Warranty

Our lifetime warranty follows the same return guidelines. In the event that you discover a defect in your product, kindly inform us, and we will promptly provide you with a replacement. However, it is important to be aware that if we conduct an investigation and determine that the return or defect is not genuine, we retain the right to withhold the replacement. Furthermore, please note that if you happen to lose the product, your guarantee becomes invalid. Reviews Card assumes no liability in such cases, and you will be required to place a new order if needed.
